yatha sakthi, yatha dravyam
Even though, a lot of Anushthana is required for Veda Practice, still if you cannot afford it one way or the other, then you can follow yatha sakthi, yatha dravyam which means as per your ability and as per the material you can get. My Veda guru told me this when I expressed some difficulties, I faced in following the Anusthana.
